Responsibility
- own and lead relationship and account management efforts for allocated client accounts
- add value to clients by identifying, implementing, and utilizing BIS / BA tools
- create and manage account growth plans
- increase platform usage and resulting revenue organically by assisting cross-sales and up-sales
- quantitative gap analysis across all client accounts
- be a key point of client communication and issue escalation
- focus on exceeding client satisfaction levels and tracking account health
- opportunity to identify and sell to new prospective clients working with the new business sales team
Requirements
- ability to create trust and work in true partnership with every client account and internal teams
- extensive experience and knowledge of eFX and eTrading landscape and technology usage
- market-facing credibility and trustworthiness
