My experience working with the team over at Tradeshake was amazing, the whole team including the founders were down to earth and forward thinking.
There is a very positive supportive culture which I experienced first hand.

Terrible company. Horrible employer, the 2 main co founders are absolute (deleted by the administrator) and have no educational background whatsoever. They do not know how to manage a team, they involve themselves in sly, (deleted by the administrator), deceptive against their own employees whilst giving the nice talk to your face. They have no financial security on their own and are currently being held up with the backing of MKM LTD (who also think they’re dimwits).
Do not think about working for them, they will make you overwork and act all nice to your face and then find an excuse to get rid of you and let you know through corporate jargon. The main Tradeshake application is terrible due to the 2 main co founders calling the shots. I would rather eat(deleted by the administrator) than use that for contracts.

That's not encouraging at all... Do you think it's all about the Co founders or also the staff provides such a poor atmosphere? And during the interview, there were different conditions described?

Sounds like sour grapes to me, especially the name-calling and slurs on the founders. I'm guessing your employment didn't work out there and they let you go due to incompetence or bad attitude?

The co-founders are a delight to work for, they really know the ins & outs of the industry.
There is no micro management & they just trust you to do the best job possible. They are very people first and it shows!
