My experience working with the team over at Tradeshake was amazing, the whole team including the founders were down to earth and forward thinking.
There is a very positive supportive culture which I experienced first hand.
The co-founders are a delight to work for, they really know the ins & outs of the industry.
There is no micro management & they just trust you to do the best job possible. They are very people first and it shows!

That's not encouraging at all... Do you think it's all about the Co founders or also the staff provides such a poor atmosphere? And during the interview, there were different conditions described?
Sounds like sour grapes to me, especially the name-calling and slurs on the founders. I'm guessing your employment didn't work out there and they let you go due to incompetence or bad attitude?
Not sour grapes at all. Just the raw truth about the founders based on actual working experience with them. Also not to my surprise, it looks like the 2 founders I was referring to have been let go and parted ways from Tradeshake. They throw their employees under the bus when in actual fact they have been the reason the Tradeshake project has miserably failed.
This is not a surprise to me seeing how they catastrophically threw away investment money due to their lack of technical expertise, not knowing how to manage technical projects and their complete and utter unprofessional approach to working and communicating with a team.
They were absolutely out of their depth with this project, they offer little to nothing when it comes to tech projects as they firstly have no education as they were both tradesmen in construction. This was clear in day to day meetings and discussions on decisions involving application requirements and usability of features.
Along with their lack of education, they actually have a very poor understanding of how to run and scale a business and manage investment money. They blew away almost half a million pounds and they had nothing to show for it.
Overall, these 2 individuals do not belong in the tech field. They would be better off sticking to carpentry or surveying.
