Responsibility
supporting the Sales Manager with incoming customer enquiries via phone, email and LiveChat
assisting in providing timely and accurate sales quotations, stock checking and product advice
pro-actively following up enquiries and quotations and chasing up suppliers on customer related issues
processing a high volume of orders efficiently and with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy
owning customer journeys from start-to-finish, liaising and building relationships with suppliers in order to provide updates, resolutions and an overall outstanding level of customer service
Requirements
the willingness to learn and apply this knowledge to broad product range across the Trade Gear brands
demonstrable customer service skills
the ability to self-manage workloads and meet deadlines
good organizational skills, keeping good accurate records on our booking system
calm, level-headed and problem-solving attitude with a genuine passion for sales and customer service
