Responsibility
- supporting the Sales Manager with incoming customer enquiries via phone, email and LiveChat
- assisting in providing timely and accurate sales quotations, stock checking and product advice
- pro-actively following up enquiries and quotations and chasing up suppliers on customer related issues
- processing a high volume of orders efficiently and with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy
- owning customer journeys from start-to-finish, liaising and building relationships with suppliers in order to provide updates, resolutions and an overall outstanding level of customer service
Requirements
- the willingness to learn and apply this knowledge to broad product range across the Trade Gear brands
- demonstrable customer service skills
- the ability to self-manage workloads and meet deadlines
- good organizational skills, keeping good accurate records on our booking system
