- collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction
- assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and identifying opportunities to optimize product assortment
- provide exceptional customer service by assisting mechanics and auto workshops in identifying and selecting the correct car parts for their specific requirements
Requirements
- previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field is preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
- knowledge of car parts and their applications
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- proficiency in using computer systems and point-of-sale software
- team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in automotive technology is a plus
