- complete mandatory training and any other relevant courses for continued personal development
- communicate effectively with colleagues and young people
- build supportive and trusting relationships
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Working with children and young people or equivalent
- relevant sector work experience
- be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS certificate
- must be willing to do further training to reflect the level of responsibility and the needs of the young people
- working with children and young people: 2 years
