- train and support ITS helpdesk assisting with AV and video conferencing call-outs
- organise recruitment activities and initial assessment of students
- collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements for operational efficiency
- reviewing and assessing both individual, departmental and organisational learning and development needs in collaboration with the Head of HR
- make contributions to professional development events and communications

Requirements
- proven experience as a Corporate Services Manager in a regulatory or compliance-driven environment
- strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and best practices
- track record in securing high-value grants from foundations, trusts, or individuals in an international context
