- our Store Supervisors assist customers in their search for the perfect toys while ensuring that store operations run smoothly
- training new employees and facilitating development opportunities for established staff
- giving employees positive recognition and constructive feedback throughout their shifts
- managing inventory and stock levels upon sales, returns/exchanges, and deliveries
