  • town & Country Estate Agents Wrexham branch have a great opportunity for a passionate experienced Sales Negotiator to cover maternity leave. With the potential of leading to a full-time position within the company
  • the successful applicant will have at least 12 months industry experience, be extremely well presented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and more importantly a passion to succeed
  • follow up on business leads, promoting sales
  • conducting viewings and obtaining offers
  • as a Sales Negotiator your responsibilities will include completing ad hoc office duties, following up on leads, arranging and conducting viewing appointments, negotiating sales, managing pipelines and communicating effectively on a daily basis
