Requirements
- IT competent and confident
- A working knowledge of facilities management in respect to CQC registered services
- understanding of compliance and regulations regarding buildings registered with CQC would be an advantage but training can be given
- experience supporting projects
- analytical process skills along with being a fast learner
- an understanding of CQC regulations and how they apply to compliance
- familiar with working to deadline
- qualifications in Health & Safety, preferably IOSHH managing safety qualification
Responsibility
- attend mandatory training days/courses, on or off site, as and when required
- report immediately to the Home Manager, or Person in Charge, any illness of an infectious nature or accident incurred by anyone residing at Towerview Care, colleague, self or another
- all staff must adhere to Towerview Care’s Hand Decontamination Policy
- to assist with the maintenance and monitoring of all aspects of the on-going compliance activities within the business ensuring all regulatory and corporate requirements are fulfilled, documented, and communicated
- oversee, complete, and update several compliance registers and reports
- participate in internal and external meetings and support with minute taking as and when required
- adhere to all Company policies and procedures within the defined timescales
- assist with compliance and Health and safety audits, completion of various audit spreadsheets and check sheets, monitoring the progress of weakness remediation and process changes
