IT competent and confident
A working knowledge of facilities management in respect to CQC registered services
understanding of compliance and regulations regarding buildings registered with CQC would be an advantage but training can be given
experience supporting projects
analytical process skills along with being a fast learner
an understanding of CQC regulations and how they apply to compliance
familiar with working to deadline
qualifications in Health & Safety, preferably IOSHH managing safety qualification
Responsibility
attend mandatory training days/courses, on or off site, as and when required
report immediately to the Home Manager, or Person in Charge, any illness of an infectious nature or accident incurred by anyone residing at Towerview Care, colleague, self or another
all staff must adhere to Towerview Care’s Hand Decontamination Policy
to assist with the maintenance and monitoring of all aspects of the on-going compliance activities within the business ensuring all regulatory and corporate requirements are fulfilled, documented, and communicated
oversee, complete, and update several compliance registers and reports
participate in internal and external meetings and support with minute taking as and when required
adhere to all Company policies and procedures within the defined timescales
assist with compliance and Health and safety audits, completion of various audit spreadsheets and check sheets, monitoring the progress of weakness remediation and process changes
