Responsibility
co-ordinate with different departments and external suppliers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
assisting with sales reporting, monitoring targets and participating in strategic planning meetings
promoting and selling weddings and events including assisting with venue tours and open days
the role involves supporting the Sales & Office Manager with all aspects of office operations and administrative tasks, to assist with the promoting, selling and planning of weddings and events and marketing of the venue, along with reporting, financial forecasting and assisting as required with the delivery of weddings and events
