Responsibility
- developing and implementing targeted business development and marketing plans aligned with financial and client objectives
- foster strong working relationships with partners and the legal team, refining and implementing business plans
- collaborate with the Client Strategy & External Relations team to ensure effective client action plans and enhance business development efforts
- lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional marketing and business development activities, including coordinating client events and managing thought leadership initiatives
- align activities across practice groups and cross-firm initiatives, while actively identifying market trends, growth opportunities, and cross-selling possibilities
Requirements
- proven track record of managing diverse BD teams and driving business growth
- strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
- 6+ years of experience in a Business Development role within a professional services environment, preferably a law firm
