Responsibility

  • \* To assist the Front Of House Manager in setting up and maintaining standards and procedures
  • \* To assist the FoH Manager with implementing and streamlining training for all staff
  • \* To actively assist the Catering team at all times to ensure best possible service for all external and internal clients
  • \* To follow all standards and procedures
  • \* To up-keep the general kitchen area
  • \* To ensure all catering areas are tidy, including kitchens stocked and correctly set up if applicable
  • to manage the Catering Front of House team, coordinate and make sure all staff are following all standards and procedures performing 5\* customer service
  • \*To do regular routine facility checks
