Responsibility
- always presents a positive and professional first impression
- receive inbound telephone calls and directing onto the appropriate department
- notifies company personnel of visitor arrival

- first voice and face of the company for visitors and staff, welcome visitors to the building providing professional support where required to customers, visitors', staff and external third party / contractors
- part of the First Aider & Fire Warden team on site
- general office administration as required. Conducts additional service tasks including updating timetable information, booking of surveys, installations etc
- to take responsibility for the Reception environment, ensuring it is presenting the right impression for all arriving into the office Including but not limited to cleanliness and ensuring all required documentation is in order and readily available
- provides administration related task support to Management Team
- create job sheets / tickets and assigns requests to multiple technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers. Responsible for communicating these to the relevant technicians and assist management where required
- operate within agreed operational and/or management guidelines, ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to, whilst always working within the limits of MCS
Requirements
- minimum 3 years’ experience in Microsoft 365
- experience in delivering high end Customer Service
- excellent organisational skills
