Responsibility
- oversee the preparation of all monthly financial reporting
- lead the annual financial reporting for the company including leading the external audit and the completion of annual tax returns
- assist the executive team in implementing solutions, controls, and action plans to support the commercial and operational functions of the business
- oversee the financial management processes of the company including accounts payable, accounts receivable and treasury
- development and improvement of accounting processes in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting function
- responsible for recruitment, training, and development of the finance team
- ensure the Finance team is familiar with the Finance policies and that all policies are implemented and followed
- ensure all taxes are paid and that all related reports are filed on a timely basis
