Responsibility

• control all of site expenditure by managing the day to day works with cost control, monitoring and reporting
• reconcile site costs/value reports and profit forecasting
• manage and control subcontractor accounts and orders

• attend meetings where commercial discussions are taking place
• assist, prepare and analyse costings for tenders/quotations
• prepare tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities with the architect/project manager and/or customer
• analyse / identify and develop / respond to commercial risks
• assist with Sub contractor selection and ensure the chosen subcontractor is suitable and capable to deliver the works in a timely manner. Place the appropriate PO and all required information/job pack to carry out the work
• be a team player with a can do attitude, diplomatic, personable, respectful and flexible
