Responsibility
- scheduling PPMs, remedials and emergency call outs, ensuring accurate information is recorded within our planning software
- monitoring and efficient scheduling of engineers daily movements and activities
- point of contact for engineer and customer phone calls, answering in a timely manner in line with scheduling and booked works
- contact clients to schedule jobs and book engineer re-visits
- weekly/monthly spreadsheet updates for multiple clients to include sites completed and ETA’s
- monitoring/updating client portal systems where applicable
