our company operates with three local managers, covering the administrative, surveying and technical sides of our operations
building Control is the statutory function of steering construction towards compliance with the Building Regulations
total Building Control runs a paperless office, with a computer-based database at the heart of our system of organisation
total Building Control Ltd, have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Office Manager to take charge of our friendly and hard-working administrative team of six in our office at Shoreham Port
while a knowledge of construction may be advantageous, this is not essential, and training in the processes specific to an Approved Inspector will be provided for the right candidate
A willingness to develop skills through, for example, working towards Tech-CABE status will also be expected
the office manager will not only be expected to run the admin team, but also deal constructively and collaboratively with the other managers
the role is full time Monday to Thursday 8.30 – 5.00pm, Friday 8.30 - 4.00pm. Salary will be dependent on experience
