  • we are currently recruiting for an Picker Packer Administrator to join our busy team
  • TORQ is a highly innovative Sports Performance Nutrition brand, held in the highest regard by so many, for its unrivalled attention to detail. TORQ was established in 1999 and has continued to expand both Nationally and Globally
  • reporting to the Operations Manager, you will primarily be responsible for the fulfilment of the day-to-day website, Trade and direct orders as well as occasionally offering additional support to the Warehouse and Production team with the production and assembly of products
  • you will need to be confident communicating by email and telephone and be able to correspond with customers politely and effectively, providing a first-class customer service experience at all times, managing customer questions and queries in a timely manner
  • the business can be fast paced and therefore we are looking for a candidate with stamina and energy as you will be carrying, lifting and moving about for a large part of the day
  • an enthusiastic, friendly, and positive attitude is essential to working within a close-knit team with varied tasks and responsibilities, so flexibility and an open mind is essential
