Responsibility
you will be required to work shifts which include earlies, lates, weekends and some bank holidays
to handle bookings and payments for activities at the centres using the electronic point of sale system
to deal with general and sales enquiries from customers
we have two vacancies within our customer service team to be the first point of contact for customers telephoning to make enquiries or bookings
to carry out till reconciliations, banking duties and administrative tasks
you will need to be pleasant and articulate and be able to empathise with the customers – if this is you we would love to receive your CV and look forward to meeting you

Requirements
experience of working in a customer focused environment
possess excellent customer care and verbal communication skills
experience of dealing with members of the public
ability to demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork
experience of electronic booking systems
experience of cash handling
sales experience
good written communication skills
