- utilising the CRM system to run reports and deliver figures to the leadership team
- implementing new strategies to improve Business Development and Inside Sales processes
- managing performance appraisal processes and KPI/target discussions
- drafting and analysing commercial contracts with our customers, assessing the legal and commercial risks
- leading contract negotiations with customers
