Responsibility
- handling customer enquiries
- source and submit sales quotations to customer
- process customer and vendor order
- track the status of quotations and proposals submitted to ensure successful resolution and sales closures
- develop a very clear and detailed understanding of customer needs
- identify and reach out to your customers to offer the proactive support that keeps customers engaged
- responding promptly to customer claim and complaints
- any other duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements
- diploma or equivalent experience
- ERP experience in quotation generation and transactions is an advantage
- strong business acumen with a flair for figures
- customer oriented, organized, meticulous and able to multitask
- good team player, willing to learn and self-motivated
