  • source and submit sales quotations to customer
  • process customer and vendor order
  • track the status of quotations and proposals submitted to ensure successful resolution and sales closures
  • develop a very clear and detailed understanding of customer needs
  • identify and reach out to your customers to offer the proactive support that keeps customers engaged
  • responding promptly to customer claim and complaints
  • any other duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements

  • diploma or equivalent experience
  • ERP experience in quotation generation and transactions is an advantage
  • strong business acumen with a flair for figures
  • customer oriented, organized, meticulous and able to multitask
  • good team player, willing to learn and self-motivated
