  • manage any property and safety certificates required, ensuring they are up to date and current for all properties at all times
  • ensure the required certificates are issued to Tenants where required
  • lettings: 1 year

Responsibility

  • ensure any property issues identified on the property inspections are driven forward via maintenance
  • your responsibilities as our Property Manager Assistant
  • ensure all property keys are stored and are labelled correctly. Ensure all property key boxes are working at all times
  • work with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure keys are returned to the correct location after each use
  • ensuring all admin for the role is update daily
