Responsibility
processing invoices, credit notes, and data entering daily fuel transactions to the system for our Northern Ireland retail and wholesale customers
to provide business support to the management team within the Wholesale business
coordinate the completion of account reconciliations across the customer accounts
prepare routine reports Stock Reports, Domestic Debtors, Cash Analysis on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
work with the team to ensure month-end close off is completed fully and on time each month
communicating regularly with the customers and troubleshooting queries
analyse information relating to stock and cash transactions daily, weekly and investigating these discrepancies as necessary
act as a primary point of liaison with the Wholesale Manager, customers and credit team on queries, dealing directly with or escalating queries as required to team members and management
Education
strong attention to detail
working knowledge of in-house ERP system
accounting Qualification desirable e.g. IATI
account reconciliation experience required
ability to work in a team environment
