Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- processing invoices, credit notes, and data entering daily fuel transactions to the system for our Northern Ireland retail and wholesale customers
- to provide business support to the management team within the Wholesale business
- coordinate the completion of account reconciliations across the customer accounts
- prepare routine reports Stock Reports, Domestic Debtors, Cash Analysis on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
- work with the team to ensure month-end close off is completed fully and on time each month
- communicating regularly with the customers and troubleshooting queries
- analyse information relating to stock and cash transactions daily, weekly and investigating these discrepancies as necessary
- act as a primary point of liaison with the Wholesale Manager, customers and credit team on queries, dealing directly with or escalating queries as required to team members and management
Education
- strong attention to detail
- working knowledge of in-house ERP system
- accounting Qualification desirable e.g. IATI
- account reconciliation experience required
- ability to work in a team environment
