- receiving Phone Calls and forwarding to relevant person
- receiving/ and greeting customers as first point of contact and point them to relevant team member
- we are currently recruiting for 2 part time Vehicle Sales Administrator and Receptionist to join our Independent Dealership in Stoke on Trent
- processing vehicle orders, taxing vehicles, supporting Retail Managers to collate finance paperwork and order tracking details
- we require a highly organised and administrator to provide support to the retail sales team, to ensure all paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner
- scanning documents to our DMS and chasing any missing service history, keys and other logistic matters from vendors
- keeping customers update with progress of their order or aftersales and service matters
