Responsibility
- checking & processing supplier invoices
- booking in stock against PO’s raised and entering the stock invoices
- liaising with suppliers with any queries
- managing weekly and monthly supplier payments
- reconciling the Purchase Ledger accounts at the end of each month
- communicating with suppliers globally regarding payments & import shipping
- other administrative duties when needed; including answering calls and assisting with credit control
Requirements
- experience in a busy office environment
- experience of Sage 50 Accounts Professional - ideally both supplier and customers ledger experience, product knowledge is advantageous but not essential
- currency experience would be useful
- purchase ledger: 1 year
