Responsibility

  • we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fraud Analyst to join our Global Care Team
  • as a Fraud Analyst, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organisation against fraudulent activities while ensuring a seamless and secure customer and partner experience
  • you will be responsible for analysing user and partner transactions, identifying potential fraudulent patterns, and implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks effectively
  • prepare and present regular reports on fraud-related metrics, trends, and activities to relevant stakeholders and management
