Responsibility

  • we are looking for a Head of Customer Service’s to work full time from our office based in Sudbury Town centre
  • keeping the team motivated
  • helping to resolve any customer services issues a client may have with the salon or service
  • regularly liaise with the senior team, to ensure that everyone has full clarity on how the department is managing
  • providing support and comprehensive product / service information to customers and salons
  • A team leader that loves putting the customer first and strives to deliver exceptional service
  • helping to book the appointments for our training academy
  • A well-presented, confident individual who is comfortable communicating to a diverse customer base
