Responsibility
- supporting the Founding Director by taking responsibility for the overall operations of the business and delivering the business plan
- managing inventory for both online and physical pop-up operations
- manage our logistics partners to ensure daily dispatches are accurate and orders are fulfilled on time and accurately
- managing sales KPIs and attainment of targets
- strong understanding of product margins
- assist with the financial monitoring of the sales, the management of P&Ls and cashflow forecasts
- run weekly management meetings and fill in trackers
- evaluating analytics and optimising growth
Requirements
- proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or in a similar role
- excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- proven success in the ability to lead, build, develop, and scale new revenue growth opportunities
- attention to detail, accuracy & quality
- strong management experience building, leading, and managing high-performing teams
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- confidence using a wide variety of technology and software – such as Shopify & Apple iOS Products
- familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
