process all client bookings and payments across all Tom Owens UK services via Acuity Scheduling
develop campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
respond to ALL customer enquiries
proactively try to fill sessions, refining and improving the scheduling process
proactively seek customer feedback and notify leadership team of all positive/negative feedback and issues/areas of customer concern
maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication which will include WhatsApp, email and telephone
work closely with all Tom Owens UK coaches, create their daily session schedules, support coaches with cancelled or rescheduled sessions as well as sessions filled late and report any issues back to leadership team
Requirements
1 Year account management experience highly desirable
assist with event planning & administration of Camps/Clinics/SuperPower Academy
experience working in a client facing role that requires a lot of text, email & telephone communication desirable
previous experience using a CRM, utilising automated marketing - Highly desirable
support with sales efforts of full Tom Owens UK product range
account Management: 1 year
support with marketing & advertising initiatives, written content creation: Blogs/News/Newsletter
