Responsibility

  • oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget
  • review drawings to ensure accuracy and identify any potential issues
  • supplying information to resolve any on site issues
  • we are looking to recruit a Site Manager for our new and exciting scheme in Bristol
  • manage quality control throughout the construction process, ensuring that all work meets or exceeds industry standards
  • manage direct employees and subcontract labour
  • we are building a 49 bed PBSA scheme and ancillary office in ICF
  • coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all work is completed according to schedule and specifications

Requirements

  • SMSTS essential
  • CSCS essential
  • first aid essential
  • the ability to manage & co-ordinate multiple sub contractors
  • experience of working with multiple sub contractors
  • PC Literate
  • experience with construction in house building
  • good level of commercial awareness
