  • ensuring compliance with the latest relevant legislations
  • resolve payroll and benefit deduction administration queries
  • support the audit
  • manage relationship with ADP and benefit providers
  • support HR team with projects
  • process and input all payroll data
  • year end processes including P11D, P14 and P60

Requirements

  • understanding of HR policies
  • knowledge of key payroll legislation
  • knowledge of payroll end to end
  • experience of pay reviews and bonuses
  • produce and distribute payslips, P45 and P60s
  • experience of payroll year end
  • benefits experience including pensions
  • ADP experience
