- monthly payroll and benefit administration for over 1500 employees across 6 payrolls
- ensuring compliance with the latest relevant legislations
- resolve payroll and benefit deduction administration queries
- support the audit
- manage relationship with ADP and benefit providers
- support HR team with projects
- process and input all payroll data
- year end processes including P11D, P14 and P60
Requirements
- understanding of HR policies
- knowledge of key payroll legislation
- knowledge of payroll end to end
- experience of pay reviews and bonuses
- produce and distribute payslips, P45 and P60s
- experience of payroll year end
- benefits experience including pensions
- ADP experience
