Responsibility

  • monday to Friday
  • immediate start
  • support the transport team with all aspects of the daily running of the Planning/Ops department
  • assist with Driver Debrief ensuring all checks are completed, including driver timesheets
  • POD Process – Ensure drivers hand in a pod for every job, chase drivers where needed. email customers relevant pods
  • answer Office telephone/mobile within 2 rings and respond to emails within 2 hours
  • manage WhatsApp and ensure Communication with both drivers and customers remain in a professional manner
  • assist with Payroll any jobs given by Management

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • customer service: 1 year
  • administrative experience: 1 year
