Requirements

ability to control and manage to tight deadlines
flexible, able to find solutions in uncertain or unknown circumstances comfortable working ‘in the grey’
experience in managing third party agencies to deliver results
senior marketing manager
Requirements
experience of building CRM strategy underpinned by customer data to maximise customer engagement at all touchpoints
retail background ideal but not mandatory, interest in fashion and clothing preferable
excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate, influence and negotiate effectively at management level
tenured leader who has a breadth of experience managing and developing teams and is enthusiastic about building good team culture and morale
you will be a natural problem solver with a can-do attitude that will inspire the team to adopt a similar working style
strong understanding of customer behaviour and customer lifecycles and excellent understanding of personalisation and targeting approaches, advancing current approach to personalising at scale enabled by leveraging our customer data
