Responsibility
- organize and maintain the yard, ensuring that all materials and equipment are stored in designated areas
- ensure goods are checked, accounted for and loaded correctly. Ensure the delivery of each product is secure and to a satisfactory standard with no torn labels, unsealed wrapping and broken pallets
- follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members
- report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly
- organising stock products safely in the yard and carry out stock checks
- effective waste management practices, ensuring waste control and segregation in compliance with Company procedures and ensure waste is emptied appropriately
- perform regular inventory checks and assist with stock management
- accept and store deliveries
