- we have a new opportunity for someone to Supervise our warehouse operation at our site at Tingley Garden Centre
- utilise stock system to ensure accurate records
- coach & develop the team to ensure they are engaged & performing to their potential
- ensure the tills are operated correctly and resolve any issues, problems, or repairs
- ensure all cash office reconciliations are carried out, correct & reported to Finance
- receipt of stock, ensuring accurate stock count and conducting regular stock takes
- ensuring the department is well stocked, presented and merchandised
- respond to customer enquires & social media within expected time frames
- management of customer expectations and responding to queries within 24 hours
- management of returns policy to ensure all members of the team can deal with any returns
