Responsibility

  • providing clear guidance to all employees in relation to the management of the Marina
  • recording and submitting of reports as and when required by Senior Leaders
  • collections, service charge account, debt management, concession management and achieving pre-set financial budgets
  • monitor and give direction to all employees in relation to the general upkeep and maintenance of the site
  • oversee all aspects of the Marina Operation, including sales, bookings, arrivals/departures, enquiries, cleaning lists, feedback, complaints and audits
  • management of Marina security
  • A specific differential check between selling moorings and selling new and used boats and brokerage deals into the marina
  • understand, implement, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fire safety regulations, emergency procedures and other regulations that apply to the Marina
