Requirements

  • degree / HND in Computer Science or Equivalent Apprenticeship
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in an IT support environment
  • knowledge of Project management methodologies – including Agile
  • high analytical capability
  • knowledge of relational databases, ideally SQL Server
  • IT networking
  • networking concepts - TCP/IP – WAN/LAN – VLAN - Routing
  • administration of Microsoft Windows operating systems and networks
