Responsibility
- management of staff directly, and through scheduling rotas and administering shifts as necessary for the needs of the business
- creating and executing a marketing plan for social media, email campaigns and attending public events representing the company
- ensuring that adequate levels of stock for spares and replacements are always maintained
- ensuring office equipment is functioning correctly
- report to senior management, any issues that may arise beyond your control, deal with directly any that are not
- setting up the Escape Room for each new game session and ensuring all props are in good working order
- dealing with daily maintenance and upkeep of wearable/consumable props and items in the escape rooms to ensure standards are kept as high as possible
- greeting participants and instructing them in the rules of the game as well as relating the backstory
Requirements
- ability to effectively manage staff, ensuring the needs of the business are met through adequate staffing and training
- proficient in back-office duties, including replying to emails, phone calls and social media messages
- ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and be able to communicate at all levels
- flexible around working hours which will include weekdays, evenings and weekends
- ability to carry out minor maintenance and repairs to props. Guidance and training provided
- experience in developing and implementing basic social media marketing campaigns, as well as carrying out email marketing on a regular basis
- management: 2 years
