  • 2+ years’ experience within the financial services sector

Responsibility

  • triage and load new business proposals and load them onto the system
  • respond to queries via telephone and email to manage queries in a timely manner
  • contact brokers to gain information required to establish customer credit approval, and compile deal packages to pass for underwriting decision
  • raise accurate legal documentation in a timely manner
  • support the pre-underwriting processes and procedure in line with requirements
  • develop strong relationships with the existing broker account base in order to grow the existing volume of Lease and Hire Purchase applications across the Asset Finance division
  • support Payouts side of team where needed in line with business requirements
  • work collaboratively with the Broker managers, to ensure fast, efficient, high quality, error free processing of proposals/applications in line with customer needs and agreed service levels
