Responsibility
- triage and load new business proposals and load them onto the system
- respond to queries via telephone and email to manage queries in a timely manner
- contact brokers to gain information required to establish customer credit approval, and compile deal packages to pass for underwriting decision

- support the pre-underwriting processes and procedure in line with requirements
- develop strong relationships with the existing broker account base in order to grow the existing volume of Lease and Hire Purchase applications across the Asset Finance division
- support Payouts side of team where needed in line with business requirements
- work collaboratively with the Broker managers, to ensure fast, efficient, high quality, error free processing of proposals/applications in line with customer needs and agreed service levels
- progress chase and follow-up all accepted proposals in order to win business
- identify new business opportunities from non-supporting or lapsed broker accounts and pass to broker managers
- ensure all data is uploaded onto relevant systems completely, accurately and in accordance with GDPR guidelines
- operate within Time Finance plc’s data protection policies and procedures
- operate within Time Finance plc’s compliance policies as relevant to the role
- operate within Time Finance plc’s HR policies and company handbook
