Responsibility
- we are looking for a Practice manager to work alongside our frinedly team
- manage the day-to-day operations of the practice
- manage reception desk and provide a high-quality customers’ service
- ensure that all staff are properly trained and have the necessary resources to do their job
- develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- ensure compliance and clinical governance processes/ CQC requirements are in place
- oversee and manage the practice team
- manage patient records, billing, and insurance claims
Education
- diploma of Higher Education
Requirements
- previous experience in private dental practices
- good Communication Skills
- efficient and Decisive
- ability to follow instructions and go the extra mile for patients and the business
- strong Leadership and Organisational skills
- dental Practice Management: 2 years
