Responsibility

• preparing take offs from client documentation and drawings, using this information to compile quality and value engineered pricing proposals
• providing technical product support to the Sales Team
• working with the Sales Team to review and update tenders and quotes, upon receipt of client feedback and amendments

Requirements

• read technical drawings and specifications to match our products and services to customer requirements
• ability to communicate, interpret and work with regulatory data – including housing legislation, building control regulations etc
• experience ideally in a Construction, Engineering or Manufacturing background will be an advantage

Responsibility

• collating information and documentation for the Sales and Estimating Teams
• completing estimates
• ensuring that all control documents and systems are correctly updated as jobs progress

Requirements

• must have a methodical, thorough, and analytical approach
• must have the ability to assimilate and process information in line with required timescales
• experience ideally in a Construction, or Manufacturing background will be an advantage
