Responsibility

  • collating information and documentation for the Sales and Estimating Teams
  • completing estimates
  • ensuring that all control documents and systems are correctly updated as jobs progress

Requirements

  • must have a methodical, thorough, and analytical approach
  • must have the ability to assimilate and process information in line with required timescales
  • experience ideally in a Construction, or Manufacturing background will be an advantage
  • able to work on own initiative and part of a team
  • ability to analyse tender and order specification and update as appropriate
  • excellent client service and communication skills; must be able to communicate at all levels, e.g. Architects, specifiers, developers and clients
  • effective communicator, both verbal and written
  • priorities change daily; it’s important to be adaptable and organise workload
