- manage appointments and maintain accurate records of services provided to each pet
- assist with heavy lifting when handling larger breeds or multiple pets as needed
Requirements
- proven experience in animal care or grooming is preferred; certification in pet grooming is an advantage
- strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their pets
- knowledge of basic veterinary care is beneficial for recognising potential health issues in animals
- capability to perform heavy lifting when required, ensuring the safety of both the groomer and the pet
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their welfare is essential
- excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
