- review information packs as part of the screening process of new opportunities, to be discussed at team level
- able to take part to the negotiation and execution of the legal documentation by supporting senior team members
- lead on the regular communication and engagement with investors on dedicated funds and investment vehicles
- proactively support the team in the due diligence process of transactions presented to IC, by leading the preparation of financial model, credit memo and experts calls
- monitor portfolio companies, by analysing monthly reports, regularly engaging with management teams and prepare updates for internal purposes and reporting to investors; and
Requirements
- strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting and modelling
- critical thinker and self-starter, with high attention to detail and good communication skills
- genuine interest in a career focused on the UK market, by progressively developing a network of local stakeholders
- 1+ year experience in corporate finance, private equity / debt, investment banking
