- providing constructive feedback to team members to maintain our excellent level of customer support
- handle escalations of customer complaints and calls, resolving issues quickly and with best interests of our customers in mind
- oversee and improve the customer follow up processes including phone calls, emails and direct mail

Requirements
- proven experience in customer service and office management, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers, team members and management
- strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- confident in decision making, conflict resolution and leading a small team
- detail oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
- A willingness to learn about the balloon and party industry, the products we sell and to understand the software that we use
