Responsibility
- collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics, catering, and venue setup
- work with venue staff to ensure all safety protocols are followed before, during, and after events
- identify opportunities for revenue generation, such as sponsorships or partnerships
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to events, including risk assessments and emergency planning
- act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their vision for the event
- support the CEO in developing pricing strategies for various events
- track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing efforts, using metrics such as engagement, enquiries, and conversion rates
- track income and expenditure for events, providing regular reports to the CEO
