Responsibility

  • consistently deliver exceptional customer support and experiences
  • liaise with site personnel as a customer-facing representative
  • perform installations, planned maintenance, and service repairs
  • conduct fault finding, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
  • maintain vehicles, tools, equipment, and spare parts for operational efficiency
  • follow best practices, processes, and procedures
  • update systems and complete paperwork accurately and on time
  • ensure adherence to service level agreements to minimize customer downtime

Requirements

  • COMCAT 1, 3 & 5 qualifications
  • CONGLP1 PD certification
  • technical understanding and aptitude for learning
  • proficiency in servicing Combi-Ovens, Microwaves, and Warewash equipment
  • strong experience in fault finding and root cause analysis
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • COMCAT 2 and 4 qualifications
  • proficient in repairing commercial gas appliances and equipment
