Requirements

  • at least 2 years’ experience as a Duty Manager or similar management role in the industry
  • level 2 Fitness Instructor Qualification
  • availability to work shifts including weekends
  • the ability to drive sales from both front of house and back of house perspectives and working with a team to deliver this
  • management: 2 years

Responsibility

  • to ensure club standards are upheld and day to day process is followed, including in the absence of the General Manager
  • uphold and enforce current company policies
  • being accountable for KPIs set by the management team including but not limited to: membership figures, PT lead generation, and number of cancellations
