- A driving license with a minimum of 1 years experience is essential
- you will be required to sleep overnight a couple of days a week
- you will also work with the team to care for, educate and mentor the children in our care
- we are looking for experienced residential care workers to fulfil our Team Leader position in a small 3 bed children's home in Essington
- the role of our Team Leader is to support the staff team, organise and lead the shift, have oversight of reporting and recording on duty and delegate daily duties
- our complex needs homes provide a minimum staffing ratio of 1:1 for the children in our care. Many of the young people in our complex needs homes have emotional and behavioural issues
