Responsibility
- work flexibly and be able to travel to different locations as required to enable the provision of support to houses
- to have worked in a similar role and be familiar with the practical aspects of Landlord and Housing obligations
- to provide housing management and housing related support to a caseload of tenants
- provide a holistic service that supports independent living skills and accommodation tenancy sustainment
- able to follow written and verbal instructions
- to have knowledge of housing legislation and housing health & safety compliance
- able to prioritise multiple tasks and identify practical systems to meet deadlines
- to have knowledge of property repairs practice
Requirements
- proficiency in using Yardi or similar property management software
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- ability to access internal and external areas of a property whilst undertaking property inspections
- able to drive, must hold full driving licence and have own vehicle with business insurance
- knowledge of housing regulations and fair housing practices
- ability to work independently and make sound decisions
