Responsibility
- we are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Lettings and Sales Agent to join our team on a part-time basis
- due to the nature of this role you will need to be able to drive and have your own car
- principle Responsibilities
- the successful candidate will have some similar experience, will be friendly and well presented with the ability to relate well to people and with confidence, and will be expected to identify and initially follow-up on new business opportunities when talking with customers either on the phone or face to face
- responding to email enquiries and booking viewings for landlords and tenants, and sellers and buyers
- prepare and conduct landlord rental appraisals and sales market appraisals
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of all properties being marketed to maximise lettings and sales opportunities
- participate in business development marketing initiatives to take advantage of local business opportunities as directed by the Director

- reliable with a strong work ethic as well as honest with good communication skills
- hold a clean full UK driving licence, with own car
- ability to listen and respond appropriately
